RPF Recruitment 2024: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the recruitment of 4,206 Constables and 452 Sub-Inspectors for the Railway Protection Force (RPF) through direct recruitment. Candidates have the opportunity to update their photos and signatures between June 15 and June 17, 2024.
The notifications for RPF Constable and Sub-Inspector (SI) recruitment were issued on April 14, 2024, with the application deadline set for May 14, 2024.

Additionally, candidates who have already submitted their applications can pay the application fee from May 18 to May 20, 2024.

RPF Constable and Sub-Inspector Pay Scale
The pay scale of the RPF Constables is Rs. 21700/- plus allowances. This a Level-3 CPC Pay Matrix Job. While the Pay Scale of the RPF Sub-Inspector (SI) is Rs. 35400/- plus allowances. This is a Level-6 Pay Matrix Job.
RPF Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The Selection Process for RPF constables and Sub-Inspectors Recruitment 2024 includes the following Stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT) Written Exam
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT). (Based on CBT Scores, the candidates 10 times of the vacancies will be called for PET/PST).
