Role Description: The primary objective of this position is to drive business expansion by establishing new partnerships. The role involves collaborating with small agencies, onboarding new brands and advertisers, and increasing the contribution of the Product Offering Department (POD) to overall sales.

By actively engaging with small agencies, you will build strong relationships, leveraging their expertise and networks to drive growth and expand the company’s customer base.
Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in the process of onboarding new brands and advertisers, ensuring a seamless integration into the company’s ecosystem. Your focus will be on understanding their specific needs and customizing the company’s offerings to effectively meet their requirements. By fostering collaborative relationships with these partners, you will enable them to maximize their return on investment while simultaneously driving the company’s revenue growth.
Additionally, you will work closely with the POD team to enhance its contribution to overall sales. By understanding market trends, customer demands, and the competitive landscape, you will provide valuable insights to shape the development of new products and services. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will actively contribute to scaling up the business by aligning the POD’s offerings with market needs and driving their adoption among existing and potential customers.

- Scout and Build solid relationships with advertisers, advertising agencies, new, medium and small brands/ clients, displaying a dedication to delivering first-class service and online advertising solutions.
- Building and driving relationships with existing key merchants to improve quality of services and drive incremental revenue.
- Building a short/medium/long-term ad sales pipeline in accordance with monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to set up and (or) follow business processes and SOPs.
- Suggesting new ideas and developing plans for future business and revenue growth.
