The KVS website uploaded a list of candidates shortlisted for interviews for the positions of PGTs & TGTs on April 21st, 2023. However, some candidates who applied for direct recruitment have submitted representations stating that they scored higher marks than the cut-off marks posted by KVS but were not shortlisted for interviews.
The matter was referred to the recruitment agency, CBSE, who verified the grievances of the candidates. CBSE informed that the scores of the candidates were processed accurately according to the final answer keys. They also noted that some candidates may not have calculated their marks properly with the answer keys as the concerned subject experts corrected some answer keys after verifying challenges filed by the candidates. This may have affected the calculation of marks based on initial answer keys displayed on the website.
The link to download the attempted question paper with final answer keys will be the same as the one used during the online application process. Candidates can download it and check their actual score. This communication has the approval of the competent authority.
